Reverse Osmosis Purified Water Production System - MX Series

MX Series is a model that compactly merges its ease of use and basic performance into one while keeping various functions required in today's RO system.

The latest model, "MX'E" can be placed anywhere.
It achieves the harmonization of further compact size and its function.


Characteristics of MX'E

 Adoption of new RO Module
Equipped with "ESPA-FREE3000L" adopted in the MIZ series.
In addition to super low pressure specification made with cast, it applies a long nozzle to the center tube to avoid the mixing of raw water.
Due to its high flux (high permeable water) specification, the amount of permeable water is adequate.

 RO water permutation within the module
When changing to night operation, flush and replace using RO water within the module to eliminate the growth of bacteria.

 RO water can be supplied in case of emergency.
In case of RO pump malfunction, it can utilize the characteristics of super low pressure membrane to perform RO desalination operation with raw water pump through one touch operation.

 Automatic sterilization system
Equipped with automatic sterilization system after RO tank. It eliminates secondary contamination from the supply water line.

 Automatic bypass flushing system
To eliminate retained water, it automatically flushes every point within the system including the bypass line on a daily basis.

 RO tank automatic drain system
It automatically drains the retained RO tank water at night and replaces with fresh RO.

 Built-in UF membrane (optional)
While maintaining its compactness, it is now possible to build in UF membrane within the cabinet.

Ultimate compact size

By reducing the maintenance space, it is now possible to install various layouts in any space.


 Recycling of initially extracted water
By putting back the initially extracted water that is disposed when starting the RO desalination process, the usage amount of raw water can be saved.
The water quality monitoring function was set up to complete the initial extraction of water without waiting for it to reach the set water quality.

 Adoption of activated coal filter
Due to its filtering method, back wash rain water and post filter are no longer necessary.

 Super low pressure operation
It suppresses the electricity consumption by equipping the super low pressure membrane.

 8 inch color touch panel
Operability and visibility have been significantly improved. It visually displays a variety of information on the flow sheet of the screen.
It also has a saved alarm history of 100 cases.

 One touch automatic bypass
In case of emergency, the operation of prior treatment bypass and RO bypass can be performed using LCD's one touch operation.

 Inverter pump
RO pump uses the inverter pump.
Using a slow start operation, it reduces the load to the RO membrane surface.
It also controls the necessary desalination amount with multi-phase switching operation depending on the RO tank level.

RO water supply during RO pump failure

By utilizing the characteristics of the newly adopted super low pressure membrane, RO desalination operation using raw water pressurization pump can be done by one touch operation.

Note:

1. The operating conditions of permeation water volume are 25℃ water temperature, 0.7Mpa operating pressure, 0.05% concentration of used raw water (NaCl).
  *The amount of Type-D permeable water is the value at the time of non-heating (5℃).
2. The hardness of raw water is 55ppm as a design standard. If the value is higher than the standard, the model of the hard water softener may change.
3. The active coal filer uses 0.5ppm raw water effective chlorine as a design standard.
  In case it goes over the standard, the number of filters used may increase.
4. The amount of permeable water and external dimension may change due to raw water quality and operating condition.
5. In case the necessary amount of permeable water exceeds 2,200L/h, please consult with us.
